As the cornerstone of our company, Company Engineers always aspire to be the best in the industry. Whether coding, building, hacking, designing, or testing

About the program

Our Associate Programs are designed to develop intellectually curious individuals as they begin their careers in asset management. Associates gain hands-on experience, build industry knowledge, and develop their professional skills while contributing to meaningful work within their teams. Associate Programs support early career professionals as they move from education into the workplace and begin developing expertise in a specific area of the business.

Associates work alongside experienced colleagues, take on real responsibilities, and continue learning through practical experience, feedback, and professional development. The structure and duration of each program may vary by business area, location, and recruiting cycle.

Learn from their experiences...

“What has impressed me most is how client-focused the culture is. Being surrounded by people who are both highly knowledgeable and genuinely committed to putting clients first has been one of the most impactful parts of my internship. This experience has taught me that strong relationships, curiosity and a client-first mindset are just as important as technical skills in building a successful career.”

Learn from their experiences.

“I challenged myself to meet someone new every week, whether through project meetings or coffee chats. It wasn’t unusual to talk with someone about one topic and end up learning about something completely different. Whether the conversation was about clients, AI, the business or a process I had never seen before, I always walked away with a new perspective.”
