About the program

The two-year Futures Program is designed to develop intellectually curious individuals as they begin their careers in asset management. Futures Associates complete six four-month rotations across various departments.

The Futures Program gives you the opportunity to experience different areas of Franklin Templeton before continuing along a longer-term career path.
During the program, you will work with different teams, contribute to meaningful assignments, and develop a broader understanding of our business. Each rotation offers a new opportunity to learn, build relationships, and discover where your interests and strengths could take you.

Who we are looking for

The Futures Program is intended for final-year students and recent graduates who are curious, adaptable, and motivated to begin a career in asset management. 
  • Currently in the final year of undergraduate or postgraduate study, or graduated within the last 12 months 
  • Comfortable adapting to new teams and responsibilities 
  • Collaborative and able to build relationships 
  • Analytical and thoughtful when approaching challenges 
  • Willing to take ownership of work and development

The recruitment process

  1. Explore available Futures roles and identify an opportunity that matches your interests, qualifications, and location.
  2. Submit your application and provide the information requested in the job posting.
  3. Selected candidates may be invited to interviews or additional assessments to learn more about the program and meet members of our team.
  4. Successful candidates join the program and prepare for their first rotation.
