Internship Program
Our internship program offers students the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic corporate environment. Interns work on meaningful projects that allow them to apply theoretical knowledge from their academic studies in practice, while developing skills that support their future career growth.
In India, recruitment is carried out through our partner universities as part of dedicated campus programs. In Poland, candidates are invited to apply via the application form available in the Job Search section on our website.

Summer Internship Program
Our summer internship program is open to students at different stages of their undergraduate studies, and in some regions, to recent graduates as well. The program lasts 8–12 weeks (depending on location), covers various departments, and is designed to help you build skills, gain business knowledge, and experience working in a diverse, international environment.
Eligibility varies by region: in the U.S. and Canada, it’s limited to rising college juniors and seniors; in the UK, to penultimate-year students; and in Singapore and Hong Kong, it is open to students from all academic backgrounds.
Recruitment takes place annually between October and December for US and UK, March and April for Singapore and Hong Kong, mainly through partner universities and early-career organizations.

Graduate Trainee Program
This one-year program is designed to help postgraduates jumpstart their career and gain invaluable professional experience in a global organization. It includes all lines of business within our India office, and aims to help you develop the skills, knowledge and attitude that will help you take your career further.
Recruitment takes place annually between October and November in cooperation with our partner universities, as part of dedicated campus hiring programs.

Futures Program
The two-year Futures Program at Franklin Templeton is a rotational development program designed to develop intellectually curious individuals as they begin their careers in asset management. Program participants, known as Futures Associates, gain valuable professional experience by collaborating with our global teams. We believe in inclusivity and authenticity, inviting each cohort to take part in a learning journey driven by curiosity and growth.
Recruitment takes place annually between September and December, with exact timing varying by location, and is conducted primarily at our partner universities or through early-career development organizations. In addition to these channels, previous interns are actively considered as part of the candidate pipeline for the Futures Program, reflecting our commitment to nurturing talent and building long-term engagement.
