Frequently asked questions
Yes, you can apply for multiple roles at a time and use the same candidate profile. However, we do recommend that you apply only for those roles that align with your experience and interests.
The recruitment process usually takes a few weeks, but we aim to keep it as efficient as possible. Depending on the seniority of the role, the interview process may vary. Your Talent Acquisition Partner will help you understand the timeline for the role you’ve applied for.
The interview format will be discussed with you in advance. Generally, our interviews focus on your work experience and skills and include detailed questions related to any experience directly relevant to the role. You may be also asked behavioral questions. Using the STAR approach (Situation, Task, Action, Result) can help you structure your answers clearly. You’ll also have time to ask any questions you may have.
Immediately after applying for a role, you’ll receive an email acknowledging your submission. You can monitor the status of your application by logging into your Candidate’s home page.
All candidates who were interviewed but not selected will receive a response, either via email or directly from a member of the Talent Acquisition team. If you haven’t been contacted feel free to reach out to your Talent Acquisition contact.
Once a decision has been made, an automatic email will be sent to applicants who were not interviewed.
You can create a job alert notification so that you will be notified whenever a new position is posted based on your selected job preferences.
You will need to complete a pre-hire background check, after which you’ll be prompted to begin the onboarding process by logging into our new hire portal and completing the required tasks before your first day. The HR Specialist will inform you whether to come to the office for New Employee Orientation on your first day or start remotely.
During your first week, you’ll participate in our online New Employee Learning Series where you’ll learn about our company culture and core values, policies and procedures, health benefits, online collaboration tools and more.
To help employees balance a productive work environment with life priorities, the company offers flexible working arrangements whenever possible and effective. However, our primary work model is hybrid. Specific details, such as the number of required in-office days and eligibility criteria, may vary depending on your role, department and location. For more information about your country’s work policy, please reach out to your Talent Acquisition contact.
Please let us know as early as possible during the recruitment process about any planned time off so we can accommodate this in advance. If there are any issues, we’ll discuss them with the hiring leader or arrange a call with the hiring leader for you to discuss this directly.
